RECRUITMENT BACKSTAGE – PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Recruitment Backstage, founded by Yana Senina and registered in Italy, VAT number 10754901212.  By enrolling in Recruitment Backstage (the “Club”), you agree to the following:

1. Trial and Automatic Renewal

If you sign up for a membership option with a free trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial for the agreed membership fee, unless you cancel your subscription before the trial expires.

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Upon subscribing, clients will be charged the same membership fee each month for three consecutive months.
• Charges are recurring and processed automatically using the payment method provided at registration.
• Unless cancelled, payments will continue for the duration of the 3-month commitment.

3. Access After Initial Subscription

• After the 3-month paid subscription period, clients will continue to have access to the Club free of charge until they receive and sign a job offer.
• Once a client secures employment, their access to the Club will be revoked. Clients are required to notify Recruitment Backstage promptly upon accepting a job offer.
• For the avoidance of doubt, any signed employment offer (including full-time, part-time, fixed-term, permanent, freelance, or contractor agreements) shall be considered an accepted offer under these Terms. Upon signing such an offer, the client’s free extended access will be terminated.
• If a client chooses to continue their job search after signing and accepting an offer, continued access to the Club will require a new paid membership under the applicable fees at that time.

4. Refund Policy

• Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days of a payment being processed.
• After this period, payments are non-refundable.
  

5. Scope of Services

In exchange for membership fees, Recruitment Backstage provides job search support services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Self-paced online resources
• Group sessions and workshops
• Individual services (such as CV/LinkedIn reviews, negotiation support, introductions to network where possible). 
• The membership includes one (1) CV and LinkedIn profile review per client.
• If a client requests a second CV and/or LinkedIn review, an additional fee of EUR 50 shall apply.
• If a client requests feedback on multiple CV versions (e.g., different role-focused versions), an additional fee of EUR 50 per additional CV version shall apply.
• One-to-one (1:1) consultations beyond what is explicitly included in the membership are available at an additional fee, as published or communicated separately.
  
  

6. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

By accepting these Terms, clients also agree to Recruitment Backstage’s GDPR-compliant Privacy Policy. Client data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with EU and Italian data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information shared within the Club are the intellectual property of Recruitment Backstage. Clients may not copy, distribute, or share these materials publicly without prior written consent from Recruitment Backstage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

9. Amendments

Recruitment Backstage reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the website. Continued use of the Club after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
